The Chair in Photonics co-chairs one conference and one workshop and presents three oral contributions.
The Chair in Photonics co-chairs the conference “Semiconductor Lasers and Laser Dynamics” and the workshop on “Neuro-inspired Photonic Computing” in the framework of the international conference SPIE Photonics Europe, 22 au 26 avril 2018 à Strasbourg: https://spie.org/conferences-and-exhibitions/photonics-europe. It also contributes with three oral presentations 1) reservoir computing using a photonic system with passive silicon waveguides and amplifiers, 2) solitonic properties of Airy accelerating beams propagating in a nonlinear medium, 3) polarisation dynamics of a laser diode with polarisation rotating optical feedback
